About GNI3 — Generalized Natural Intelligence

Experienced human judgment for complex technical decisions.

In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, GNI3 provides Generalized Natural Intelligence: disciplined scientific reasoning, technical experience, business judgment, and founder-level insight applied to high-stakes decisions.

Founder background.

Michael Gokhale, Ph.D., MBA, brings a rare combination of technical depth, founder-side SBIR experience, business training, and experience explaining complex technical material to non-specialist audiences.

He previously founded and led Sextant Engineering through the SBIR pathway from Phase I to Phase III. Sextant Engineering’s first contract was a Phase II SBIR award, giving Michael direct experience with the proposal, technical execution, customer-development, DCAA audit, and transition challenges that deep-technology companies face in government-funded R&D.

Michael’s background includes theoretical condensed matter physics, university teaching, technical entrepreneurship, defense-related research programs, software and computational analysis, and government R&D commercialization.

How GNI3 works.

GNI3 focuses on practical review, critique, and decision support — identifying what is technically strong, what is weak, and what needs to be clarified before a high-stakes decision. The work is grounded in human technical judgment rather than automated boilerplate.

Understand the decision

Clarify whether the client is preparing a proposal, evaluating a legal matter, reviewing an investment, or assessing a technical claim.

Analyze the technical substance

Review the claims, assumptions, evidence, methods, architecture, milestones, risks, and decision-maker expectations.

Deliver clear judgment

Provide a concise, decision-oriented memo or review with practical recommendations and prioritized next steps.

Discuss a technical review.
